A very dissapointing enviroment. The walls was crowded with signed memorabilia which over decorates the whole room. The food was average, For £35 I’d much rather have a 3 course meal at Fudge Cafe – Restaraunt in Hull than have a 2 course meal at Hard Rock Cafe in  London. The burger was okay very simalar to a angus burger at Burger King! The dessert was Hard Rock cafe’s signature ice-cream which was very delicious, sadly thrown up in the gents toilet.

The Review

I came into the cafe without doing any shoppping. I came with my mother, I had a Flying Start breakfast and my mother had a sandwich. My flying start breakfast was okay for £2.39 although comparing it to Asda Cafe (Mount Pleasent) I’d rather go to Asda Cafe’. At Morrisons Cafe’ the meal was not that bad, it was not that hot although the service was good! Me and my mother shared a Afternoon Tea Scone, which was delicious.

A value packed breakfast, not what you’d expect at a supermarket cafe’!

I had a Value Breakfast (£2.20) it came with a rasher of bacon, a sausage, beans, fried egg, tomatoes and a Hash Brown and I got a slice of toast and a cup of tea. They could of cooked the toast a bit more and put mushroms on the meal. The temprature of the meal was warm but not super hot! The utensils (knife and fork) was not very clean, they was plenty of water marks on them!

Soon as I enter the building it was as great scene, Me and my partener were greeted to our table, we had the £4.95 carvery (Mon – Sat). It took about a miniute to get the drinks and about five miniutes to get the carvey because they was preparing for the tea-time rush! The carvery meat was perfect and the veg was as well! For dessert I had the Double Fudge Chocolate Cake served with Cornish Dairy Ice-Cream and a coffe’, it was fantastic!

I tried the new M burger which was £3.49 for small or £5.00 for large, although it is worth it for sure it was covered in chesse and a large tomato on the top.

As I entered the family room it stank of  beer and the menu’s came and I ordered the breast of chicken which was an okay standard, not worth £7.95 and for dessert I had treacle sponge which was definatly not home-made and it was £5.95!

At first I had to sit outside because it was to busy then I had an option to sit inside and I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap and my friend ordered a mozzerella & bacon panni. The mozzerela & bacon panni was apsalutely fine but the chicen ceaser wrap tasted like chicken tikka and the atmosphere was very poor we were rushed in and rushed out!

A vibrant and stylish setting and the staff were very friendly, the food was excellent. For starter I had Yorkshire belly pork. For my main course I had a plain jane which was very big and sadly I had to take it home and eat it later and for dessert I had a box of creamy home made dreamy fudge!
